THE EXTENDED WORKING AREA OF SELF-LEARNING

Anthropomorphic robot with six degrees of freedom suitable for in-line painting with air or floor transport systems. This model provides both point-to-point and self-learning programming. Thanks to the structure, it is possible to process large pieces, and it can be synchronized with the conveyor to track the items. In order to extend the working area, the robot can be mounted on transaction carriages.

The payload is 5 kg. The carousel version (GR 650 G) with two, three or four arms, makes programming very easy. Arms are provided with a rotation unit synchronized with the robot and they can be adjusted according to the different working needs. Pieces are loaded manually or automatically in a safe area.

The carousel operates the product positioning to the front side for processing, then bringing it back to the unloading area. Carousel rotation is performed by controlled axis with adjustable speed control.
